The Members' Room of the Society in Switzerland occupies a historic villa with a stunning view over  the village of Schönenwerd near Aarau.

The Swiss Members' Room is open every Friday from 18:00 to 23:00 and the first Saturday of each month from 18:00 to 23:00.

We also organise special events: the Seafood special, the Barbecue special, the Scottish brunch, the famous Burns' Night, the St. Andrew's dinner...

During opening hours, members and their guests can come by to enjoy whisky, Scottish beers and ales, and other drinks.

There is Scottish cuisine as well: peat-smoked salmon, a selection of Scottish cheeses, and a monthly menu.

In warm months enjoy the sun on our generous terrace; in colder weather find yourself a comfortable chair next to the fireplace or the masonry stove. The view over the Aare valley is unbeatable!

Outside of normal opening times, you can reserve the Members' Room for private or business events.
