Thus commences the stately journey of the noble train, winding its way through verdant landscapes and panoramic vistas. Amidst the tranquil hum of the wheels, relish the delectable flavors of bitter chocolate and caramelized bitter pudding, enlivened by the tangy zest of strawberry confiture. Den umiddelbare duft giver os t\u00f8rv og b\u00e5lr\u00f8g imens s\u00f8d sherry og n\u00f8dder i sirup tr\u00e6nger sig p\u00e5 i baggrunden. Smagen uden vand giver masser af t\u00f8rv og vi f\u00e5r b\u00e5lr\u00f8g og s\u00f8dme i eftersmagen.<\/p>\n

Med vand bliver duften mere r\u00f8get og s\u00f8dmen tr\u00e6der lidt i baggrunden. N\u00e5r vi smager p\u00e5 den med nogle dr\u00e5ber tilsat vand, fyldes munden af r\u00f8g og vi f\u00e5r pandekager med sirup i eftersmagen.<\/p>\n

Efter en dag i naturen, sidder vi om aftenen ved b\u00e5let og nyder en god r\u00f8get dram. Vi bager pandekager p\u00e5 b\u00e5let, spiser dem med sirup og et drys n\u00f8dder imens natten falder p\u00e5.<\/p>\n

Opening the door of the shack we are met with the smell of burning wood in the fireplace, burnt sugar and plate of smoked maple syrup cared bacon. Seated around the shack we share a piece of maple pudding cake with a coffee spiked with spiced rum.<\/p>\n

Water toned down the smoke and let the sugary sweetness shine through. Maple syrup and vanilla cake were back on the menu. Burned toast with cream cheese and a dusting of ashes and then smoked salmon with a smoky hickory glaze.<\/p>\n

Die Nase spielt mit Noten von gegrillter Ananas, kandierten Oliven und einem Hauch von Holunder sowie frischen Kr\u00e4utern. Der erste Tropfen auf der Zunge ist eine Umarmung von gegrillten Marshmellows, Karamellbonbons und R\u00f6staromen von Speck mit Ahornsirup.<\/p>\n

Das Prickeln im Mund wandelt sich gem\u00e4chlich in eine sanfte Bitterkeit von ger\u00f6steten Mandeln und Oliven\u00f6l. Mit ein paar Tropfen Wasser entwickelt sich eine elegante & delikate S\u00fc\u00dfe in der Nase mit floralen Noten und gem\u00f6rserten roten Pfefferk\u00f6rnern.<\/p>\n

Die anf\u00e4ngliche S\u00fc\u00dfe weicht immer mehr einer milden Bitternote von karamellisiertem Zucker. Im Zusammenspiel mit sanften Vanillet\u00f6nen manifestiert sich ein Geschmack von Cr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9e und Kr\u00e4utern.<\/p>\n

Peu \u00e0 peu, une image de miel d\u2019acacia d\u00e9goulinant d\u2019une cuiller en bois se dessine. La goutte a un sacr\u00e9 caract\u00e8re avant dilution, avec plein de gingembre et de piment avant l\u2019apparition de limonade au sureau et de baies congel\u00e9es. Apr\u00e8s dilution, parfum de croissants grill\u00e9s, beurre de cacao et caramel sal\u00e9 rencontrant jus de pommes fra\u00eechement press\u00e9, dans un gobelet d\u2019\u00e9tain.
