P\u00e2ques est d\u00e9j\u00e0 derri\u00e8re nous et le printemps bat son plein \u2013 il est donc grand temps pour notre Outturn d\u2019avril bien rempli.<\/p>\n

La derni\u00e8re mise en bouteille de la s\u00e9rie Small Batch, un whiskey irlandais cr\u00e9\u00e9 en collaboration avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Dunville\u2019s Irish Whiskey, aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 le dram parfait pour la Saint-Patrick. Eh bien, m\u00eame en avril, cela fait toujours plaisir, et il faut aussi garder \u00e0 l\u2019esprit qu\u2019il est incroyablement difficile de trouver des single malts irlandais vieillis de nos jours. En tant que membres de la Society, nous avons beaucoup de chance de pouvoir savourer une mise en bouteille aussi rare.<\/p>\n

Sous le signe de l\u2019accent mis cette ann\u00e9e sur le th\u00e8me du whisky et du x\u00e9r\u00e8s, nous n\u2019avons pas manqu\u00e9, sous le titre \u00abQu\u2019est-ce que le sherry ?\u00bb, de vous faire d\u00e9couvrir ce vin espagnol. Si vous ne souhaitez pas vous contenter d\u2019une th\u00e9orie s\u00e8che, je vous recommande vivement les deux vins embl\u00e9matiques des Bodegas Tradici\u00f3n, un Oloroso et un Pedro Xim\u00e9nez. Si vous en avez envie, vous pouvez les commander avec notre whisky jusqu\u2019\u00e0 fin juin.<\/p>\n

V\u00e9ritable r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u2013 Bodegas Tradici\u00f3n a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mon premier contact avec la Society. En 2014, Ina Kraan m\u2019a contact\u00e9 parce qu\u2019apr\u00e8s une visite \u00e0 Jerez de la Frontera, elle \u00e9tait \u00e0 la recherche de ces m\u00eames sherrys pour la Members Room de Sch\u00f6nenwerd \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque. Le contact qui en a r\u00e9sult\u00e9 m\u2019a fait entrer en jeu lorsqu\u2019en 2017, Ina Kraan et Brad Richards se sont pench\u00e9s sur la succession de la Society en Suisse. Le reste appartient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 l\u2019histoire.<\/p>\n
