Aujourd\u2019hui, ces rumeurs sont devenues r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ! Les profils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 affin\u00e9s et les 12 profils actuels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duits \u00e0 8. Les profils bas\u00e9s sur l\u2019\u00e2ge \u00ab Jeune et alerte \u00bb et \u00ab Vieux et digne \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9s et les profils tourb\u00e9s en disent d\u00e9sormais davantage sur les diff\u00e9rents styles de tourbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9sormais, le profil figure \u00e9galement sur chaque bouteille, une demande exprim\u00e9e par de nombreux membres par le pass\u00e9. Je suis convaincu que notre classification bas\u00e9e sur le go\u00fbt est d\u00e9sormais encore plus simple et plus claire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous allons mettre en ligne les anciens et les nouveaux profils ; vous devrez donc filtrer les anciens et les nouveaux profils si, par exemple, vous \u00eates fan de \u00ab Profond, riche et fruits secs \u00bb (ancien) et \u00ab Fruits secs et \u00e9pices \u00bb (nouveau).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la mise en bouteille Gathering de cette ann\u00e9e <strong><em>79.13 : Un toast pour toi, mon c\u0153ur<\/em><\/strong>, lors de nos d\u00e9gustations de septembre. Cette ann\u00e9e, j\u2019ai s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 un f\u00fbt avec trois autres partenaires franchis\u00e9s de la Society. Si vous vous y connaissez en vexillologie, vous d\u00e9couvrirez sur l\u2019\u00e9tiquette quels sont les quatre pays qui se sont partag\u00e9 ce f\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre cette nouveaut\u00e9, nous vous pr\u00e9sentons la derni\u00e8re s\u00e9rie de Collectors Creation : <strong><em>Peat Plants II<\/em><\/strong>. Contrairement \u00e0 Peat Plants I, qui pr\u00e9sentait diff\u00e9rents types de tourbe, <strong><em>Peat Plants II<\/em><\/strong> met plut\u00f4t l\u2019accent sur le c\u0153ur m\u00e9dicinal des whiskys tourb\u00e9s des \u00eeles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong><em>Batch 33 : Succulent !<\/em><\/strong> vaut \u00e9galement le d\u00e9tour. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, l\u2019\u00e9quipe whisky a exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 d\u2019anciens f\u00fbts de calvados. Un whisky de 17 ans d\u2019\u00e2ge provenant des Lowlands, parfait pour l\u2019automne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les 24 et 25 octobre, nous sommes impatients de revoir Olaf Meier. Il sera avec nous au The Swiss Whisky Festival \u00e0 Baden et animera une d\u00e9gustation guid\u00e9e le samedi soir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous trouverez \u00e9galement dans le dernier num\u00e9ro toutes les informations sur notre Burns Supper qui aura lieu en janvier avec Robin Laing, ainsi que toutes les dates de d\u00e9gustation jusqu\u2019en mai 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, nous vous proposons quelques merveilleuses id\u00e9es de cadeaux pour vos proches.
