Julien Willems nous le pr\u00e9sente.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelles r\u00e8gles allons-nous enfreindre cette fois-ci ? Voici un indice : \u00ab Si nous devons cr\u00e9er un Blended Scotch pour la Society, autant voir les choses en grand ou ne pas le faire du tout ! Ce devait \u00eatre un assemblage \u00e0 forte teneur en malt, qui fasse revivre un caract\u00e8re \u00ab old school \u00bb et une longue tradition. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Telles \u00e9taient les instructions donn\u00e9es par Kai Ivalo, directeur des whiskies sortant, avant son d\u00e9part. Nous avons ensuite \u00e9labor\u00e9 une recette d\u2019assemblage dans laquelle nous avons combin\u00e9 ce butt avec un whisky de grain de 27 ans d\u2019\u00e2ge ainsi que d\u2019autres malts, tous \u00e2g\u00e9s d\u2019environ 18 ans, qui ont vieilli dans des Barrels et Hogsheads ex-bourbon, ex-PX en ch\u00eane am\u00e9ricain et ex-Oloroso en ch\u00eane europ\u00e9en. Il en r\u00e9sulte une teneur totale en malt d\u2019environ 70 % et un rapport de 60 pour 40 en faveur des influences Sherry. De plus, il n\u2019est r\u00e9duit qu\u2019\u00e0 50 % vol., ce qui est rare pour un Blended Scotch whisky.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un whisky complexe, raffin\u00e9, riche et exceptionnel.
