En tant qu’amoureux du whisky, nous essayons encore et encore de nous souvenir des nouvelles impressions de diff\u00e9rents whiskies. Il ne s’agit pas seulement de conna\u00eetre l’origine, mais \u00e9galement d’attribuer les caract\u00e8res individuels. Au d\u00e9but, une telle liste pourrait commencer par des crit\u00e8res tels que – les malts tourbeux provenant d\u2019Islay, le miel sucr\u00e9 et la vanille provenant du Speyside, etc. Mais avec le temps, cela devient beaucoup plus complexe. Une fa\u00e7on possible de faire l’exp\u00e9rience et de l’approfondir est de go\u00fbter les whiskies de la m\u00eame distillerie, mais avec des caract\u00e8res diff\u00e9rents c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te.<\/p>\n

Ce mois-ci, nous traverserons la mer d’Irlande et vous pr\u00e9senterons le whisky exclusif \u00ab 51.14 : L\u2019envo\u00fbtement des fruits et des \u00e9pices \u00bb<\/a>. Des productions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, il nous reste encore quelques bouteilles de \u00ab 51.6 : Bisou fruit\u00e9 \u00bb<\/a> et \u00ab 51.11 Dangereux jus irlandais \u00bb<\/a>. Il s’agit d’une trilogie id\u00e9ale pour oser une telle exp\u00e9rience. Bien que tous aient \u00e9t\u00e9 matur\u00e9s dans des f\u00fbts de premier remplissage Ex-Bourbon, chaque embouteillage a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 son propre caract\u00e8re.<\/p>\n
